3. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates must not:

- Suggest or imply that our products are intended for human consumption, medical treatment, diagnosis, prevention, or cure of any disease or condition.
- Use spam, unsolicited email marketing, or other unlawful promotional methods.
- Bid on our brand name, company name, or trademarked terms in paid advertising without prior written permission.
- Use misleading domain names, social media accounts, or advertisements that could create confusion regarding affiliation with Advanced Peptides UK.
- Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or unethical marketing practices.
Violation of this section may result in immediate termination from the affiliate programme and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
4. Commissions
Approved affiliates may earn commissions on qualifying purchases made through their unique affiliate links.
Commission rates, payment schedules, and qualifying criteria may be communicated separately and may be updated from time to time.
We reserve the right to:
- Reject commissions generated through prohibited activities.
- Reverse commissions associated with refunded, cancelled, fraudulent, or disputed orders.
- Modify commission structures at any time upon reasonable notice.
5. Payments
Commission payments will be made according to the payment schedule specified within the affiliate programme.
Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment information and for any taxes, duties, or reporting obligations arising from commission payments.
6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights remain the property of Advanced Peptides UK.
Affiliates may not modify, misuse, or represent our intellectual property in a misleading manner.
7. Research Use Only Products

Affiliates must not market, advertise, or represent any product as suitable for:

8. Termination
Either party may terminate participation in the affiliate programme at any time.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate an affiliate account immediately if we believe an affiliate has:
- Violated this policy;
- Engaged in prohibited marketing practices;
- Caused reputational harm to Advanced Peptides UK; or
- Breached applicable laws or regulations.
Upon termination, affiliate links may be disabled and any unpaid commissions associated with policy violations may be forfeited.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Advanced Peptides UK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in the affiliate programme.
Our total liability under this policy shall not exceed the amount of commissions paid or payable to the affiliate during the six months preceding the claim.

We may update this Affiliate Policy from time to time.
Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued participation in the affiliate programme following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
